HRS Plate Heat Exchangers will often provide the best overall economic performance in terms of efficient heat transfer and are suited for use with hot water, cold water or steam as the primary medium.
The efficiency is due in part to the size of the heat transfer area in proportion to the volume of the media in the heat exchanger, and also to the corrugation of the plates, which causes turbulent flow conditions.
