Heating & Cooling Storage Vessels

HRS Hevac Ltd has a fabrication works in the North of England where all of our Storage Buffer Vessels are manufactured to suit any heating – LTHW / MTHW or chilled water systems (CHWS).

HRS Hevac Buffer Vessels and Buffer Tanks are manufactured from high quality mild steel.  They can be insulated with mineral wool mattresses and encased in dimpled aluminium cladding.  The insulation is fully vapour sealed on chilled water applications as standard.

The Storage Buffer Vessels can be supplied stand alone or incorporated on a bespoke PHE skid package with additional equipment, for example a plate heat exchanger.

The HRS range of Storage Buffer Vessels and Buffer Tanks are suitable for many HVAC applications such as hospitals, hotels, leisure centres, schools and universities, office blocks or any commercial properties.

HRS Hevac Ltd has a dedicated and experienced technical department where the standard or bespoke vessels / calorifers / thermal stores are drawn in Solidworks 3D CAD for BIM and Revit compatibility.

The HRS Hevac Storage Vessel range are built to stringent British and European Standards including BS853, PD5500, and PED 1999 SEP.

HRS Hevac has a wealth of experience in all areas of the HVAC industry, which includes technical support, design, and After Sales & Commissioning.
