About HRS Hevac Ltd

HRS Hevac Ltd was established in 1997 to concentrate on the expanding HVAC Market, and since then has become a major provider of built to order heat exchanger packages across a range of applications in the Building Services industry.

HRS Hevac Ltd have a bespoke engineering department and manufacturing facility which can tailor any customer design and requirement to produce unique PHE Packaged Systems and accompanying vessels. We opened our fabrication works to focus on the opportunities created by a increasing demand for complete packaged solutions, that have been built to order off-site for the M&E services in the industry.

HRS Hevac are proud to manufacture PHE Packaged Systems utilising apprentice trained coded welders and fabricators. Every Plate Heat Exchanger Skid Package is subjected to stringent Quality Assurance checks and full hydraulic testing prior to packaging and despatch.  HRS Hevac offer Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT Testing) at our fabrication works should the customer and end client require this facility.

HRS Hevac has a wealth of experience in all areas of the HVAC industry, which includes technical support, design, Solidworks 3D CAD drawing for BIM & Revit compatibility, After Sales & Commissioning.


In addition to our exceptional manufacturing facility based in the North of England, HRS Hevac offers a wide range of core products including Plate Heat Exchangers, Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers, DHW Generators, Semi-instantaneous and Instantaneous Hot Water Generators, Calorifiers, Chilled Water and Thermal Store Buffer Vessels and associated ancillaries.
